If you would like your child to receive an over-the-counter medication, you must complete an Authorization to Administer Medication Form, available in the Nurse’s Office. You must provide the specific medication (as listed on the medication form) to the school. The medication must be in a 24 count, original, sealed container before it can be administered to your child. |
